Return and Refund Policy

At printingdubai.ae, we are committed to providing high-quality printing services and products. Due to the custom nature of our products (including but not limited to business cards, flyers, brochures, banners, and promotional items), we have a specific policy for returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Policy
All our products are made-to-order and customized to your specific instructions. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons of customer dissatisfaction with design, color, spelling, or other personal preferences once the product has been approved and sent to production.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Re-prints
We guarantee the quality of our workmanship. A refund or free re-print is only offered under the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If the product you receive has a clear manufacturing defect (e.g., misprints, crooked cuts, smudged printing, incorrect paper stock, or physical damage that occurred during production).

  • Major Non-Conformity: If the product we shipped drastically differs from what was described on the website and confirmed in your order proof (e.g., wrong size, completely wrong product).

3. What is Not Covered

  • Errors in customer-provided design files (spelling, grammar, low-resolution images).

  • Color variations between your screen and the printed product. We recommend requesting a physical proof for color-critical projects.

  • Dissatisfaction with design choices after approving the digital proof.

  • Changes of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

4. How to Request a Refund or Re-print
To be eligible for a claim, you must:

  • Contact our customer service team at [Insert Email, e.g., support@printingdubai.ae] within 3 business days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and clear, detailed photographs of the defective or incorrect product.

  • In some cases, we may require you to return the product to us for inspection (at our expense).

We will review your claim and respond within 3-5 business days. If your claim is approved, we will typically offer a free re-print of the order. If a re-print is not possible or satisfactory, a full or partial refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

5. Return Shipping
For approved returns due to our error, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label. Returns sent without our authorization will not be accepted.

6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order without penalty only if the cancellation request is received before your order has been sent to production. Once a job is in production, cancellation is no longer possible as materials have been allocated and printing has begun.
